If your PC or MAC goes into sleep mode during the upload (usually only for images larger then 25MB), the image won’t transfer.
If that happens please turn off sleep mode and retry:
Windows
Control Panel / Power Options / Change when the computer sleeps – set to NEVER.
MAC
System Preferences / Energy Saver – Drag the Sleep or Display slider to NEVER
You might want to set the Power Options or Energy Saver sliders back to their original settings after the upload.
